Thank You Flower & new Holiday Mini

Hello there!  Today's card is a color challenge from Stampin' Royalty.  Can you guess the colors?  You are right, gumball green, raspberry ripple and summer starfruit.  I do have to say that this color challenge really challenged me, but that is the nature of a challenge, lol!

So often, we focus on what is new, that we forget the old.  I remember when this blossom petals builder punch and the matching stamp set Build a Blossom came out, I loved it right away.  I am guilty to say that I have not pulled it out in a while, so I dusted both of them off and decided to use them this week.

The base of the card was embossed with the polka dot embossing folder, polka dots were stamped in gumball green on whisper white, layered on raspberry ripple.  A cutie little thank you banner was die cut with the bitty banners framelits, stamped with the itty bitty banner stamp set.

Here is my tiny bit of summer starfruit, even though I have really come to like this color, it was hard to get it to work with the other colors this week.  The leaves were a bit of left over card stock that was embossed with the fancy fan EF.  The flower center was stamped in gumball green, then heat embossed in clear embossing powder for a bit of shine.

There you have it, a very colorful card.  Just perfect to send out, it will mail nicely.  Today is August 1st and there is a lot of new SU info released today;
