For a Friend

Welcome to this week's Stampin' Royalty challenge.  This week's challenge is a sketch challenge.  I really love the sketch challenge since your layout is already figured out for you.  You just add your favorite elements and your done.  Grab your supplies and head on over to the Stampin' Royalty and show us what you came up with.

Look at all of these new toys!  There is new DSP, paper, ribbon, stamps, oh my!  All of these supplies are from the new Holiday Mini catalog, and boy do I love them.  I really love to re-purpose my supplies, for example, the new Candlelight Christmas SDSP, is purposed like Christmas paper, but look what else you can do with it!  The Friend stamp is from the Affection Collection stamp set which is geared toward Valentine's day, but you CAN multipurpose your supplies!

I really love this new crumb cake scalloped tulle ribbon, it is so versatile and easy to use.  Check out the new core'dinations card stock that you can sand to show a different core color using the new stampin sanding system and dust buddy.  And glitter anyone?  The new champagne glimmer paper is gorgeous!  The new embossing folder Lacy Brocade is quickly becoming my new favorite!

This main panel is a combo of stamps and punches.  The real red daydream medallion stamp was stamped first, then the Friend and the flourishes stamps from the affection collection stamp set.  Some basic pearls add some interest.

Even though the colors are reds and browns, this card definitely falls into the feminine category with the glimmer paper, and the tulle ribbon, and if you didn't know it was Christmas DSP, you would of never thought so, so think outside the box and multipurpose your supplies!

All of these supplies and more can be found at my ONLINE STORE so hop on over there to pick up some fabulous new stuff for yourself.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
