Friendship?

It's that time again, the Stampin' Royalty has a color challenge for you this week.  Such soft pretty colors, I know you will want to play along!  Grab your supplies, create something fun, then head over to the Stampin' Royalty to link it up.

I do so love these colors, they are super hard to photograph though, they are much prettier in person.  I pulled out my venetian romance and the etcetera DSP and picked the patterns that would work.

A bit of embossing with the framed tulips embossing folder (love it, always forget to use it), some crumpling of the DSP and a trip through the big shot using the apothecary accents framelits to get my offset rounded edge and it is ready to go.

Such a sweet little butterfly just perched on an artisan label punch.  I used the label love stamp set and a stampin' write marker to get just the outside of my preferred stamp.  More shabbiness with the crumb cake seam binding ribbon and pearls.

Chalkboard fun!  I love the chalkboard look, it's fun to be a bit messy and not worry about perfection.  The From my Heart stamp set fits the look perfectly and heat embossed with white embossing powder makes it fabulous.

I stumbled across the Fusion blog and just had to play along, so with both challenges you should be good with inspiration this week!

Mackie has gone back to school, the house feels quiet and empty without her, I really enjoy our summers together, but getting back on a schedule really helps.

We always take a first day of school picture, and of course Tate wanted to get in on it, his first day of preschool is in a few weeks.  Paisley has been modeling for the camera a lot, so I thought I would share.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
