Welcome to the Pals October 2017 Blog Hop featuring some very “Wicked Folds”. Thank you so much for joining us today. Sit back and enjoy the view while the Stampin’ Pretty Pals treat you with their wickedly folded projects. Whether you’re just starting the hop, or have come from a previous Pal’s blog, you’ll find the line-up toward the end of my post to help you move along.

I loved looking through the tutorials on Splitcoast Stampers for inspiration on this month's challenge, I selected the Double Gate Fold card for my project today. Click on the link to see the full tutorial. It's a nice easy fold and a great tutorial, perfect for any themed card.

Here you can see the card unfolded, this card will fit in a regular A2 size envelope. Halloween is one of my favorite crafting seasons, so I automatically grabbed my Spooky Night suite of products and went to work.

The Spooky Cat stamp set matches perfectly with the Spooky Night DSP. The images are coordinated with a whole suite of fun products. I put fast fuse all along the back of my stitched oval and stuck the black vintage crochet trim to it for a fun border. I paper snipped the cute pumpkin and hat from the paper as well.

This Halloween paper pack is so cute, it is very versatile with a bunch of different patterns, I used just one sheet of paper on this project, the two sides worked wonderfully well together. I punched a little pumpkin with the circle punch to hold the front panel closed.

This double gate fold is fun, you can see the side of the fancy fold here, a simply scored or your stampin trimmer makes perfect scores.

Thank you so much for hopping with the Stampin’ Pretty Pals today. Please take a minute to mark your calendar for our next hop on November 8, 2017. Now hop along using the Blog Hop Line-up below. Don’t forget to leave us a comment.
