Happy Umpteenth Birthday!

Hello there!  We have a great sketch challenge for you this week at the Pals Paper Arts.  Sketch challenges are a great way to jump start your project, just pick your shape, paper, colors and go. Have fun playing along this week, you could be our pick of the week.

Ahh, this is a fun sketch.  I love to emboss (especially with the Happy Heart TIEF) the gold foil paper, I just can't stop.  Have you sewn on your cards yet?  It is really easy, just a quick stitch down each side, and you add a wow factor.

The new bermuda bay sequin trim makes a debut for me on this card, I just received it and already in love. Have you seen the new bocca print yet?  The free SAB Best Year Ever paper has two whole sheets of it, not to mention the other great trendy prints.

I love matching framelits and stamp combos and this Oh My Goodies stamp set is adorable and so easy to die cut.  Stamp twice, once in each color, and you can layer it up.  Two quick die cuts and a mini gold clothes pin later, and you have a fabulous sentiment.

If you didn't want to layer for a two color look, it still looks great with just the calypso coral.

There are just a few short weeks left of Sale-A-Bration, and Stampin' Up! has released more free items.  Check them out HERE.  Remember, you can shop 24/7 at my ONLINE STORE.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you were inspired, enjoy.

Wow! How pretty, Sandie. I love the tag with the sequins & clothespin. But the gold embossed piece really does make it all "pop"!
