Hello there!  Today we have a fun picture challenge for you over at Stampin' Royalty.  The picture is perfect for your last minute Valentine's Day cards.  Take a look, grab your provisions, then head on over to link it up!

I pretty much pulled the colors out of the photo and went to work.  The Fresh Prints DSP stack made quick work for the background paper.  Out came my Gorgeous Grunge, Perfect Pennants, Hearts a Flutter and January Paper Pumpkin stamps to help me complete this card.

Who doesn't need a bit of silver sparkle for a 'tines day card?  Silver glimmer paper hearts and silver ribbon add a nice shine.

Here is a close up of my tag, I embossed it the beautifully baroque embossing folder, then added my layers.

Double, no triple hearts for this tag!

This card will be given to my husband Chris, I tried not to make it too girly, but heck, it's a Valentine's Day card, it is supposed to be pink and filled with hearts!  I used this week's Mojo Monday sketch to help me out.

Mackie had her 16th Birthday on Saturday, so we have been super busy, here are a few pictures of her big day:

We had a sign made from a invite that I saw on Pinterest, and decorated the yard with deco mesh bows, and tissue pom poms on the front door.  We were trying to be stealthy the night before, but she heard us, though didn't peek!

We had a family birthday dinner at the Melting Pot with my cousin Catherine.  They have always had a special bond since Mackie was a wee little one.  Tate was not impressed with the whole cook your own dinner thing and played with his kindle most of the time.

The sad news is that Mackie's Dinner Party for her friends was supposed to be tonight, but since we are supposed to be slammed with snow, we had to reschedule it, I will post those pictures after her rescheduled time.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
