Christmas Good Cheer

Hello there!  Today's post is my goddess post for this week's Stampin' Royalty challenge.  The challenge is Tags.  I have been using a lot of tags lately, they have become trendy again!  Go create a wonderful item that either is a tag, or has a tag on it, and head on over to Stampin' Royalty to link it up.

Check out this awesome tag.  It is a FREE MDS download!  Head on over to my ONLINE STORE to download it today.  The item number is 132810.  It actually comes in white with black writing, but I wanted to recreate the chalkboard look, so I put a punch behind it, colored it black, then turned the writing white and put a vintage overlay in white on top and reduced the opacity.  It is not a complete match to the SU one, but very close.  Gumball green ribbon and cherry cobbler bakers twine add a bit of color.  I also pulled out my jingle bells again, I really love them.

I made a total of four tags.  The top tag was made using the Be of Good Cheer digital download and MDS2, I printed out the DSP and the candy cane, easy peasy.  The bottom tag was made using punches and framelits.

This is a very simple tag with punches, framelits and my printed MDS2 DSP.  The possibilities are endless.  I will use these for gifts and write on the back with the new silver metallic pen that is perfect for the holidays.

Today is the last day to take advantage of the wonderful prices of the Online Extravaganza.  If you have not tried MDS2, now is the time to get it.  There are three options to choose from, starting at $9.98 for an upgrade to $39.99 for the full MDS2+ version.  Such a great price!  Don't forget to head to my ONLINE STORE now to get your free download!

If you have any questions about MDS, or any of the products that I used on today's projects, drop me an email.  Your comments are always welcomed and enjoyed.  I hope you were inspired today, enjoy!

I think your blackboard tag is wonderful. Not sure I understand how you did it (did you color white CS black with Copics?) but it looks so cool.
