Enjoy Your Day

Hello there!  I am back again with a masculine birthday card.  I find that these cards can be the most difficult to make because they need to be clean, simple, and have very little frilly to them.  I always find that if I keep it simple, it usually works well.



I started off with this great sketch from The Paper Players


I pulled some masculine type prints from the Eastern Palace SDSP, and the matching dapper denim card stock.


I paper pieced "birth" in to make it more of a birthday card. I love the stitched framelits, such a perfect background


Add some masculine twine, and this card is done, just walk away, DO NOT add ribbon or embellishments! 


This will be off, and it's nice and easy to mail!  Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!

Great masculine card...I love the bright colors and the way you added "birth"...very clever! A super way to interpret the sketch this week at the Paper Players!
