End of Year Teacher Gifts

Here are a few items that Mackie and I made for her teachers.  The last day of school was on Wednesday, so we made a bunch of different types of little goodies for them.  She had 10 teachers this year, so we were busy.

This was a little box that I saw on Inking Idaho.  I put my own twist on it by using a Triangle Trifold card and just used the card's ribbon to tie it on to the box.  You can get the tutorial for the card by clicking HERE.  I have made this card in the past, it is very easy and has a great impact.

Since the box was a little complicated, I went back on Splitcoast and found the Pull Treat tutorial, you can click HERE to see it.  This is what we came up with:

In the future when I make this, I will definitely make it a bit longer, and glue the heck out of the bottom.  I used the Hershey bars with Almonds, which I think are a bit thicker, which might of caused the bit of ruffling at the bottom.  These are super easy and would be a great party favor.  When you pull up on the ribbon, the candy pops up, very sweet!

I used the Sale-A-Bration Ice Cream Parlor suite, the owl stamp from the Punch Bunch was punched out with my owl punch, for a super easy tag.  The coordinating colors for this suite are Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Pacific Point, and Old Olive.

These colors could be used for either gender, but these were made specifically for Mackie's male teachers.  The items that we made for her female teachers will be on Tuesday's post, which will be the June Pals Blog Hop, so come back then to see what we made.  Enjoy!
