WOW Bloomin' Bouquet Flower Kit

Mother's Day. Teacher appreciation. Just because. Say thank you with this no-maintenance bouquet. There's no watering, no weeding-just enjoying. This easy-to-assemble kit comes complete with the petals, stems, and buttons to create the flowers, as well as four different tags to make this the perfect gift for any occasion. All you need is some paper, ribbon or a vase to add the finishing touches to the bouquet.
As if that weren't enough, the kit contains a "baker's dozen"! This means you can create and give (or keep) a dozen flowers, and have a bonus flower left over to pass along to someone new! Give it to someone you wouldn't normally think of: a teller at the bank, a grocery store clerk, or the librarian at your local library. Anyone you encounter on your way that you'd like to give a little "thank you" to-and introduce them to Stampin' Up!

Many Thanks!

Hello there!  Today's card is my Goddess card for the Stampin' Royalty challenge blog.  This week's challenge is a color challenge.  The colors go together beautifully, especially since the Print Poetry designer series paper stack has these colors!  Take a look at the colors, create something fabulous, and head on over to the Stampin' Royalty to link it up!

Have I told you lately, how much I LOVE that all of the products have the same colors?  I really love the coordination that SU offers.  Here are the lovely DSP pieces from the print poetry stack, and some sycamore street DSP.  Everything goes together, right down to the midnight muse ribbon.

The oval framelits are pierced using the occasions piercing pack for some additional details, and a pretty pearl adds the perfect touch.

Oh, Hello is quickly becoming my favorite stamp set.  So trendy, the chevron background goes with everything!

Y'all know that I love to do different ribbon bows, this is a simple fold over loop, then the ends were tucked back up for a different cute look.

This might be a favorite card of mine, I love how it turned out, from the colors to the layout.  I always find the best layouts on the Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, check back a little latter for some new SU info.  I hope you were inspired, enjoy!

Dressed Up Birthday

Hello there! Are you ready for another lovely sketch from Pals Paper Arts Resident Artist, Margaret Moody? This week's PPA Challenge is a sketch challenge! To participate, just create a project, including the 5 sketch elements. Then link up your creation to the Pals Paper Arts blog when the challenge goes live this Thursday, April 18!

Don't you just love new paper?  This great new DSP is from the This and That product line.  The Epic Day DSP has great new prints and can be used on anything.  It is very trendy!  Four different papers were used on this card, but all from the same pack, very versatile.

The new Dress Up framelits can be placed anywhere on your paper for the best look, I thought this part of the paper would look perfect.  I snipped off the stand, added some ribbon, flowers, and pearls and done.

Do you spy the oval background?  I pulled out my bags from the halloween bundle, die cut the oval with the oval framelits, embossed with the lacy brocade embossing folder, then I brayered on pool party ink on one side, let it dry, flipped it over and brayered on gumball green on the other side.  A beautiful two tone look!

The background under that is a piece of naturals ivory card stock, stamped with the french foliage stamp set, distressed and spritzed with vanilla shimmer smootz spritz.  Vintage all the way!

This sentiment is also from the All Dressed Up stamp set, I only wanted the sentiment, so I colored just the happy birthday with my gumball green marker, die cut it with the bitty banners framelits.  This would make a perfect scarf, but I had already added the pearls, so I found another place for it.
Thanks so much for stopping by today, I really hope you were inspired, enjoy!

A Friendly Thank You

Hello there!  Today's card is a very CAS card for the Stampin' Royalty weekly challenge blog.  This week's challenge is a picture inspiration challenge, so take a look at the picture, pick out something that inspires you, create something fabulous and head on over to link it up!

This card was made quickly with Patio Party DSP, and some matching card stock scraps, I love to use up all of the little pieces, that's the beauty of using the framelits, you can stamp anywhere on your card stock and zip it through the big shot, and you are done.

As most of you loyal blog readers know, Tate and I have been sick over the past few weeks, myself more than Tate, which is good for him, bad for me.  I am still trying to catch up!  I just received this box of SU goodies right before I got sick, they have been sitting neglected for weeks!

The new secret garden bundle makes up the most of this card, the flowers were stamped in rich razzleberry and pool party, zipped through the big shot using the matching framelits.  Some pearls and a cute little sentiment from the spring surprise bundle, A Round Array, with matching small scallop punch, and done!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I will have my PPA card tomorrow as well, I have been busy!  I hope you were inspired, enjoy!

So, have you ever...

Wanted to try just one item from Stampin' Up! or have a great big supply order?  Well now is your time to try out the great products that Stampin' Up! offers with FREE SHIPPING.  I know that it is easy to pick up something quick at the big craft stores, but that stuff is not as good of quality as the SU items are.  Trying to exactly match colors from different ribbon, paper, embellishments, it's not going to happen.  Not a problem with Stampin' Up!, all of the matching accessories are the same colors, so no guessing, just perfection every time.

FREE shipping is being offered starting at midnight mountain time on April 6, and running all the way until 11:59 pm on April 8th.  EVERYTHING is shipped free.  Normal shipping starts at $6.95, and after $69.95, shipping is 10% off your total purchase.  So, basically you get at least a $6.95 savings, and if you place a larger order, it is like getting 10% off.  Don't forget that hostess rewards start at a $150 order, so free shipping is like extra fun on top of the great rewards!  SHOP ONLINE all weekend long with me to take advantage of this offer.

In addition, all orders with me during this free shipping sale will be entered into a drawing for a pop up posies designer kit, so after you order, send me an EMAIL to make sure I received your order info.  I will draw the winner and post here on Tuesday!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I really hope to be your demonstrator, I love what I do, and offer wonderful customer service.  Have a great weekend!

Pretty Provisions for the Home; Candles

Hello there!  Today's post is my goddess project over at the Stampin' Royalty challenge blog.  I am going to try to keep it short and sweet since we all are very sick now, and have been sick for the last week.  Luckily I had this project done already and had saved it for a rainy day, so today is the perfect day to share!

This week's challenge, by the way is ribbons and pearls, so grab your supplies, create something fabulous and head on over to the Stampin' Royalty to link it up!

I altered this candle for my son's preschool Valentine's day fundraiser basket.  I found the candle at Homegoods, took off the stickers and went to work.  I used the chalkboard technique and started layering ribbon and die cuts on top.  There are a few pearls in the flowers, but hard to see!

As you can see, lots of layers.  For a project like this, you really need to use a glue gun to make sure that everything sticks and continues to stick.  All items are SU products, but if you have a specific question on which item was used, send me an email!  We are off to rest, so we can get better and enjoy the rest of the spring break!  Thanks for stopping by, I hope you were inspired today, enjoy!
