Watercolor Birthday

Hello there!  Are you ready for a fun sketch?  The Pals Paper Arts team has a great new sketch for you this week, so take a look, grab your provisions and head on over to the PALS to link it up.

This fab new Watercolor Wonder DSP is all the rage now, with the soft colors already colored for you.  I decided that I wanted to try my own "water coloring" with my Chalk Talk stamp.  I just simply colored my stamp in a random pattern with my gumball green stamp-n-write marker and die cut it with the matching chalk talk framelit die. Easy peasy!

Love these soft colors, and when embossed with the new arrows textured embossing folder, it adds some quiet fun.  Gumball green ribbon and burlap ribbon help to add to the sketch elements.

This is the first time I have made the DSP my card base, and the colors on the inside are as pretty as the outside, just some minimal dressing up and a happy birthday stamp is all that is needed.

Simply lovely.  I think this card would work for anyone, young to old, boy to girl.  Just a reminder that the clearance rack has been updated, so shop now at my ONLINE STORE for the best selection.
Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
