Sweet Baby Evan

Hello there!  Today we have a very fun challenge for you over at the Stampin' Royalty challenge blog.  It is a super cute color challenge.  Take a look at the colors, grab your provisions, then head on over to link it up.

My sister's baby shower is this weekend, and I wanted to make a few items for it.  The shower will be in sunny Florida, so I will not be able to attend, so I am sending love from a far.

Sheri loves monkeys and after I saw this monkey SVG I knew that I had to make a card with it.  My cameo really got a work out this week, but it was all worth it.

I used my wonderful SU papers; fresh prints DSP stack, Eastern Elegance DSP, and real red, island indigo, and crushed curry card stock which all cut beautifully.

Some quick words programmed in MDS, and cut so easily.  Tate wanted a "tie-bow" added to the monkey. He really loves them.  Here are a few more items that I made for the shower:

When I first saw this specific stamp in the Starburst sayings stamp set, I wondered if I would ever use it. But after looking about what else to make, this stamp just shouted to be used.  I made two badges for the first time parents to wear, how cute!

I have imported my punches from MDS into my silhouette software, so it is super easy to size them any size you need and still have our favorite items readily available.  This cute little passie dresses up the inside of the card.

There is a whole theme that the shower is based on, so I just added a bit of items to help the hostess out and to show some love.  We all can't wait to meet baby Evan.  Tate will tell anyone who will listen that he has a new baby cousin, Eben, but he's not born yet.  He points out pregnant ladies all the time now, it's so funny.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
