Best Mate

Hello there!  Are you ready for a fun sketch?  The pals over at the Pals Paper Arts have a great sketch for you this week.  Margaret Moody has come up with a simple, but elegant sketch for you, so grab your provisions and create something beautiful, then link it up over at the Pal's for all to enjoy.

Now you gotta know that anything that has to do with sailing, or a nautical theme, I am all over it.  I loved the High Tide suite in the new occasions catalog as soon as I laid my eyes on it.  The High Tide DSP was first on my list to preorder.

Can you not get enough of the gold sequins?  I surely cannot, they seem to go on every project that I make lately.  The sweet new chevron ribbon also has become a new favorite.

I am in love with the matching stamp set Hello, Sailor.  I die cut it with the new starburst framelits, it was a perfect fit!  My oldie but goodie scallop circle punch made a perfect background, offset of course, it makes quite the statement.

Do you spy my gold anchor, I could not resist, seriously.

I love how you can dress up or down this sketch, make it as involved or CAS as you would like, it will work with any style!

So what has been keeping us busy lately?  All on the same night, the monster trucks came to Charlotte and Mackie had her Winter Formal dance.  Chris and Tate went to see the trucks, and Mackie and I had a girls day of pampering and fun.  I can't believe that in a few short weeks Mackie will turn 16.  Where oh where has the time gone??

So, what are your thoughts on the new occasions catalog?  I really, really love it and looking forward to see all of the fabulous new projects that are made with these great products.  Remember you can shop 24/7 at my ONLINE STORE so head there now and get your favorites!

Thank you for stopping by, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
