My Friend

Hello Friends!  Today's card was made using the new fun fall color challenge for the Pals Paper Arts.  These colors are perfect to jump start your fall projects, so grab your provisions create a fun colorful fall item, then head on over to the PALS to link it up!

Gold, gold and more gold is going on here!  This doily was heat embossed with gold embossing powder a few weeks ago but did not make it on to the project.  It was sitting there calling my name, I realized that it has darkened up and tarnished a bit, I love it, such a pleasant surprise!

Hexagons are everywhere and we have a great bundle for you, the six sided sampler bundle,  how about 15% off the combined cost?!  Wood mount (132725) is $36.30 for the stamp set/punch bundle, and clear mount (132724) is only $29.50!

New favorite alert, 1 1/4 burlap ribbon, love it!

So did you know that the gold embossing powder tarnishes?  It does, just leave it around for a bit.  Gold and antiqued gold is everywhere you look in house hold goods, fashion, and crafting.  Try it out, you will be addicted!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you were inspired, enjoy.

Stamps:  Six sided sampler
Paper:  Polka dot parade, baked brown sugar
Ink:  Pumpkin pie, pear pizazz, baked brown sugar
Tools:  Hexagon punch, gold embossing powder, doily, burlap ribbon
