New and Old
We have a great summer color combo for you this week at the Pals Paper Arts, take a look at these fun colors, grab your supplies and head on over to the Pals Paper Arts to link up your fabulous creations, who knows, you might be our next Pick!
Now, I know my loyal blog
followers know that I love a good pink and green combo, and this week's
challenge is no different. I did however have a bit of a quandary, the last two
catalogs were retiring, and even though the new catalog went live on Friday,
hardly any of us demos have received new goodies other than our sneak peek
items, so I had to use what I had. You, however can use anything, current or
retired, so get creating!
The Print Poetry DSP pack
had all the colors that I needed, so with a bit of ribbon, a brand new clay
flower, and my fabulous new artisan label punch, my card came together
quickly.
Mackie and I had fun playing
with the new simply pressed clay, it is so easy to work with. The flower above was molded with the buttons and blossoms simply pressed clay mold in
the white clay, dried, then brushed with the aqua painter with straight from the
pad gumball green ink. I did have to do three quick coats, but it went fast, and
produced a very true color.
Would you like a little layer around your artisan label punch? It's so easy, just punch a second label in your background color, snip in half horizontally, glue your pieces to the top and bottom and instant layers! And the best part of this artisan label punch is that it is available as a bundle! Save 15% when you buy both the Label Love stamp set and matching artisan label punch. You must use the bundle item numbers for the discount, wood mount; 132723 and clear mount; 132722.
I hope you enjoyed this pink and green card and are inspired to make your own, we would love to see what your create, so go have fun! I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
