Hello Friend

Hello there!  Welcome to this week's Stampin' Royalty challenge.  This week, we are hosting a picture challenge, take a look at the picture and get creating.  We would love to see what you have come up with, head on over to Stampin' Royalty and link up your creation.

I chose the colored spots for my inspiration today.  I used summer starfruit, rich razzleberry, island indigo, garden green, and cajun craze.  I cut a bunch of die cuts using the window frames collection framelits, lined them all up on a early espresso base and ran it through my big shot using the woodgrain embossing folder.

I did not want to cover up my background, so I stamped the Hello sentiment from the Friendship Preserves stamp set in early espresso, then quickly put early espresso embossing powder on it and heat embossed it then die cut it out.  Some beautiful summer starfruit stitched satin ribbon makes a beautiful bow and accent.

All in all a very simple colorful card that pacts a great impact, I think the embossing makes the card.  I can see this same card recreated in many different color combos and perfect for many different occasions.  Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
