You Wonderful Thing You

Hello there!  Are you ready for a new challenge?  The Pals Paper Arts have a sketch challenge this week.  Ginger Toivonan has designed a wonderful sketch for you this week, so grab your provisions, create something fun, and head on over to the PALS to link it up.

I usually always start to design my card with a stamp set and a DSP, from there it's all easy!  The Suite Sayings stamp set has some really nice fonts and sayings, it is a must have.  The Birthday Bouquet DSP is one of my favorites, I love all the pink and green goodness!

I decided to dress up my whisper white bakers twine with some gold sequins.  Pool party glitter ribbon, and a vintage faceted button help to finish it all up nicely.

I added a few gold sequins to the other panel to tie them both together.

I tend to have trouble with angled items, but using a sketch really helps you figure it out.  Everyone needs a little help now and then to step out of your comfort zone.  Have you played along with the PALS yet?  We would love to see your creation, you could be our PALS pick, so play along!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
