Celebrate You!


Hello there!  Have you been enjoying spring like temps this week?  It has been lovely here in North Carolina, so sunny and spring like.  The Pals Paper Arts are having a perfect spring color challenge this week, so create something soft and pretty, and link it up for your chance to be our Pick!

Big sigh here, these colors are so pretty together, sure going to miss them when they retire!  The Sweet Dreams DSP has great colors and patterns, this polka dot is my favorite!


Sorry for all of the gold embossed vellum, I just can't stop!  The Fabulous Four stamp set is perfect for heat embossing.


When I first started crafting, I used to make these flowers all the time, I have forgotten how simple and pretty they are.  Just punch 5 or 6 flowers, scrunch up and glue together.  I punched two ovals, stamped in gold with the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp set, folded them in half and added some veining with my simply scored stylus.

A gold foil paper flower from the boho blossom punch makes the perfect center.


Yep, gold sequins and a gold clothes pin, sorry...


I can't wait to tuck some sweetness inside and give it away, it turned out so cute and sweet.  I didn't have Kraft paper (gasp, I know), but our boxes are all made out of a heavy kraft paper, and provide a wonderful base, as well as our tea lace paper doilies.  Both are very inexpensive and are easily to customize with just a bit of paper, stamps and ribbon.

Exquisite box! I am going to be sad when these in-colors can't be purchased. The gold embossed sentiment and the gold accents look fantastic with these colors. I am pinning for future CASE.... :)
