Ghoulish Greetings

Hello there!  Halloween seems to be one of my favorite holidays of the year.  I usually do all kinds of projects, and what better way than to start than with a sketch?  We have a fun sketch for you over at the Pals Paper Arts this week, so grab your provisions and create something.....ghoulish!

I always start my cards with one of the Stampin' Up! DSP packs, it is a great way to begin the creative process. Motley Monsters DSP is a cute take on Halloween, with great colors and patterns. The fun tangerine tango two tone trim helps add dimension with a fun ribbon curl.

I thought that the cute monsters from the Freaky Friends needed thought bubbles, so the Just Sayin' stamps were colored with stampin' write markers along the edge to provide a border for the Ghoulish Greetings.  With a quick zip through the big shot with with matching word bubbles framelits, the monsters are talking to each other.  By the way, the skeleton stamp is Tate's favorite stamp set of the bunch!

Think outside your stamp set, use your stamps with others, they like to play with everyone.  With a little planning, you can make your supplies do double time.  What fun Halloween projects are you working on?  I love to hear, and always appreciate your comments.  Thanks for stopping by, I hope you were inspired, enjoy!
